Parcl ($PARCL) has experienced a decline of -13.10% in the past week. As a decentralized exchange for real estate trading, Parcl offers traders the opportunity to invest in major city indices like New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai. Built on the Solana smart contract platform, Parcl recently gained listing on Coinbase, leading to a temporary price spike. The native token of Parcl reached $0.586 on December 17 but has since dropped to around $0.35.

The price fluctuation following a new exchange listing is not uncommon, and despite the -13.10% decrease, Parcl’s price remains more favorable compared to other DeFi currencies that are down -17.60% in the same period. Solana has also been experiencing a downward trend for nearly a month, but with the emergence of $SOLX, a turnaround is expected.

The Solaxy ($SOLX) presale has garnered significant attention from investors due to its development of a Solana Layer 2 blockchain aimed at improving the Solana ecosystem. Solana’s high transaction volumes and scalability issues are set to be addressed by Solaxy, making it a multi-chain solution that benefits not only Solana but also Ethereum and Binance. However, this shift in investor focus towards Solaxy may have a negative impact on Parcl’s DEX and $PARCL’s price.

Since its launch just over five days ago, the Solaxy presale has raised $350K in its first 24 hours, rapidly increasing to $3.46M at the time of writing. With an annual return of 1092%, over 1051B $SOLX has already been staked. Investors can participate in the presale through Solaxy’s official site using various payment options such as $ETH, $BNB, $USDT, and card. Purchasing $SOLX with $BNB in the presale may exclude holders from the high annual returns, while buying with a card requires a crypto wallet like MetaMask or Best Wallet, which is non-custodial.

In the current presale stage, 1 $SOLX is priced at $0.00158, with an imminent price increase expected.
